Raise money through participation in challenge events

If you're into sports, or want a motivation to get fit, you can combine your participation in any kind of challenge event with raising sponsorship for Care Local.

Be it walking, running, cycling, swimming, triathlons, kayaking - whatever floats your boat - if there isn't a charity already officially affiliated with the event, then why not set up a sponsorship page and raise money for us.

You don't need to bother with sponsorship cards (but we can facilitate this if you want to) and you won't have to chase after your sponsors to collect the money either. We make it as easy as possible.

Across The Divide Expeditions organise trips which allow participants to take part in unique challenges while raising money for the charity of their choice.

To take part in any of these events, there will be a minimum sponsorship target for you to raise (the target differs per event). 50% of the minimum target will go to the organising costs, and the balance to your chosen charity. If you raise over the minimum amount, the extra funds will go to your charity. Click on the challenge name for more information on any of the events above. We at Care Local will happily provide you with any support you need to raise your target sponsorship.
